General
Bookings will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% of the total amount of rent due. The remainder of the rental is to be paid 2 months prior to arrival.
In such cases where the arrival date is less then the 2 months from the booking date full payment is required for confirmation of booking.
A breakage deposit of £200 will be required with the second payment of the booking. This will be returned not later than two weeks after departure, less any charges for breakages and/or repairs to accomodation and/or equipment.
Accomodation will be available on day of arrival from 16:00 hrs onwards and must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Maid service is provided 3 x per week except on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, for bed making and general tidying up. Linen will be changed once a week.
Additional services
Extra linen changes, Playpens, Extra maid service, Car-hire, Beach towels, Private telephone, High chairs, babysitting, Baby cots. (All these services are available at extra charge, please enquire
when making your reservation to guarantee availability).
Cancellation Conditions
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
On cancellation the following charges will be made:
8 wks before arrival.....................50% of total rent (deposit)
7 - 6 wks before arrival................60% of total rent
5 - 4 wks before arrival................75% of total rent
4 wks or less before arrival........100% of total rent
Payments
Payments can be made by personal cheque in foreign currency (exchange rate upon day of receipt of cheque will be used). Any payments received which incurr bank charges, will be duly charged to clients and settlement of this will be done upon arrival.  |
