KG VILLA Service is the result of a family’s long standing love affair with Portugal.

Having started in property administration and sales as early as 1970 in one of the most well known developments in the Algarve, changes were brought about in 1974/5 which resulted in setting up a private company continuing in this field.

The company was officially set up in 1983 and from the outset demonstrated a commitment to low prices and a reputation for quality service. Over the years KG VILLA SERVICE has expanded into one of the largest private administration companies in the area and since 1996 as a reputable licenced estate agent.
It now administers over a hundred properties in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas.
